This thick, rough material is hand-dyed by artisans in Mali, Africa. It is made from hand-woven cotton and dyed with leaves, branches, and river mud. No two Mudcloth pillows are the same. Each piece is hand-stitched from narrow strips of the fabric sewn together. The pattern on each pillow may vary slightly. The flaws give each pillow personality and character.
