This rug was handwoven by Kurds of Veramin during the early 20th century.

It features anallover field of vibrant hooked devices in a wide array of tones including red, pink, blue, green brown, and yellowwhich really pop againstthe deep surmah or blue/black ground. The field composition plays well with the camel ground scrolling lattice main border. An additional distinction is added with the minor borderswith a scrolling rosette inner border and bold laleh abbasi outer border. A hard-to-find rug with uncommon pattern combinations and spectacular colors.

This rug has a lustrous wool pile and the handle is sturdy.Invery goodcondition, with very minorsigns of wear.
